BMJ finding on calcium and D "failure" questionable

A 25% reduction in the number of fractures was not considered significant in this study, calling into question the statistical model and study design. They did not find "no evidence" of the supplements' effectiveness, as cited, but rather found no significant evidence. Why? Thus creating the "failure" of the supplements.
